In fact, we'll look to you to leverage your experience in order to "hit the ground running" and make an impact in short order. To fit in well with our group you will be open to learning, both in terms of growing your subject matter knowledge and in terms of exploring new ways of doing things. You also will need a strong sense of integrity and a willingness to take a hard, searching look at why you got results different from what you expected.
