Why FMC

Diverse markets and applications -- the challenge in this role is not to find potential partners and customers, but to make time to call on all of them. The majority of your sales will be through consultants and there are hundreds, perhaps thousands of environmental remediation consulting firms large and small in this territory. Klozur® has applications in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, military, industrial facilities, real estate, dry cleaning and more.

Leverage the momentum -- throughout FMC we are pursuing focused strategies to grow, including expanding our product lines. The Environmental Industry Team is a success story for our strategy of moving from a commoditized business to the specialty chemicals arena.

Career options -- this position can offer you challenges and opportunities for years. At the same time, depending on your ambition and performance, you may pursue a management role in the environmental remediation area as we continue to grow. Career opportunities may require relocation.

Great environment -- throughout FMC you'll find a large number of long-tenured employees; people like working for FMC. In fact, we were named to Philly.com's "Top 100 Workplaces in the Delaware Valley."

Excellent compensation -- in addition to a competitive salary and performance-based bonus incentive program (with potential multipliers), we offer comprehensive benefits that include all that you would expect plus some pleasant surprises, such as retirement savings and 401(k) plans, flexible spending accounts and more.

Keys to Success

As this is a home-based role, you will need the self-discipline and results orientation to set goals and achieve them with minimal supervision. We'll provide support when you need it, of course, but we're also looking for you to assume independent ownership of your territory. You also will need exceptional relationship-building skills to ensure that consultants consider FMC the partner of choice for environmental remediation.
